What You’ll Be Doing:
- Capture vital monthly salary and weekly wage data accurately for workshop staff.
- Utilize active Sage software for all complex payroll runs and financial reporting daily.
- Prepare and submit important EMP201 and EMP501 statutory returns to SARS promptly.
- Verify hours worked accurately against busy mechanical workshop timesheets and daily logs.
- Resolve all active staff questions regarding monthly pay slips and benefits confidently.
Experience & Qualifications:
- You must clearly show proven daily experience in active payroll processing and administration.
- You strictly need strong daily working proficiency using active Sage payroll software systems.
- You must clearly understand complex SARS tax reconciliations and statutory submissions deeply.
- You need a proven daily ability to track and verify complex mechanical workshop timesheets.
- You must confidently manage confidential employee files and strict digital privacy standards daily.
