About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ICT Technician to join our client’s team in George. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of their computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications
• Provide technical support and assistance to users on hardware and software issues
• Set up and configure VoIP systems and network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions

Requirements

• Microsoft Accreditation and Certification
• Knowledge & Experience in Microsoft Suite, 365, Apps for Business, Azure
• Excellent communication Skills
• In-depth understanding of computer systems, networks, security principles
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering
• Relevant Certifications (Comp TIA A+, MCITP, CCNA) are advantageous
