Job Description
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with direct clients and key introducers to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
- Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect, canvass, and execute strategies to acquire new business, including corporate and direct clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Track industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Participate in training programmes and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organisation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organisation at industry events, strengthen key relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Use CRM tools to track performance, monitor pipelines, and report progress to support strategy refinement.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within financial services, treasury solutions, or related sectors
- Experience working with corporate clients, direct clients, and key introducers
- Relevant financial or business qualification (advantageous)
- Excellent relationship management and client service skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively generate new business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of treasury solutions and financial markets (beneficial)
