About the Role

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client’s team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial management, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Assess and manage financial risks in the insurance industry

Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team

Requirements

10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in the insurance industry

Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and claims processes
