Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy – Cold Kitchen Chef Restaurant – Germiston, Gauteng Requirements: · Proven experience as a Cold Kitchen Chef or in a similar role within a luxury lodge, hotel, or restaurant · Culinary qualification preferred · Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction · Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently · Creative flair and attention to detail Responsibilities: · Preparation, presentation, and storage of cold food items such as salads, hors d’oeuvres, charcuterie, pates, and cold desserts · Ensure all meals are served on time and in accordance with guest preferences · Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen station throughout service · Work closely with the Executive Chef to design appealing menus · Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory and ordering for supplies · Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation · Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere through food that enhances the Restaurant’s overall guest experience Package on offer: · R6 000 pm depending on experience Start Date: ASAP
