About the Role
Join Time Personnel as a Digital Content Coordinator in our dynamic team, and be responsible for creating engaging digital content to support online sales, product launches, and customer inquiries. With a strong focus on brand consistency across all digital and printed materials, you will play a vital role in maintaining our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content to support online sales, product launches, and enquiries
- Maintain and update website content (product pages, images, specifications, downloads)
- Ensure content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand positioning
- Design and manage brochures, catalogues, spec sheets, and sales collateral
- Assist with creation of visual content for campaigns, promotions, and new products
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and printed materials
- Plan and coordinate product photography and basic studio shoots
- Capture and edit short product, explainer, and promotional videos
- Manage media libraries (images, videos, source files, versions)
- Manage content across websites, online catalogues, and digital platforms
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, product development, production) to gather information
- Coordinate with external designers, photographers, or videographers when required
- Maintain content timelines, updates, and version control
Requirements
- Matric
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar role
- Experience creating and managing digital content for products or brands
- Strong visual and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Creative software
- Comfortable working with websites
- Basic video editing and photography skills
- Experience in online retail
- Content-driven design
- Experience supporting B2C sales through digital channels
- Basic SEO and analytics knowledge
Qualifications
- Matric
- Completed 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
