About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator to serve as the operational hub of our sales team in Johannesburg, managing the end-to-end sales process—from initial quotation to final delivery—ensuring our customers receive world-class service while our field sales team remains focused on growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, checking, and processing customer orders via phone and email.
- Preparing and sending quotes within specified timeframes and issuing invoices accurately.
- Supporting account managers and external sales representative with administrative tasks and helping with upselling.
- Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Act as the primary internal contact for client enquiries regarding stock availability, lead times, and order status.
- Collaborating with the warehouse and logistics teams to expedite urgent orders and resolve delivery discrepancies.
