About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator to serve as the operational hub of our sales team in Johannesburg, managing the end-to-end sales process—from initial quotation to final delivery—ensuring our customers receive world-class service while our field sales team remains focused on growth.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving, checking, and processing customer orders via phone and email.
Preparing and sending quotes within specified timeframes and issuing invoices accurately.
Supporting account managers and external sales representative with administrative tasks and helping with upselling.
Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Act as the primary internal contact for client enquiries regarding stock availability, lead times, and order status.
Collaborating with the warehouse and logistics teams to expedite urgent orders and resolve delivery discrepancies.

Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in internal sales, sales support, and administrative role.
