About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lab Quality Controller to join our team in Germiston, Malvern. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our liquid food products, working closely with our production and quality assurance teams to maintain the highest standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control laboratory equipment and processes
- Conduct regular quality control tests on finished goods and raw materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements
- Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of test results, batch numbers, and product inventory
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree or Diploma in Food Science or Food Technology
- Minimum 1 year laboratory experience preferably from beverage or liquid food products industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
