About the Role
An established chemical manufacturer is looking for a detail-oriented Procurement & Stock Controller to join their team.

This role is crucial to maintaining smooth operations from sourcing raw materials to managing inventory and supporting production.

What Youll Do

• Handle the procurement of raw materials (both local & international) and build strong supplier relationships.

• Work closely with the Factory Manager to confirm orders and ensure timely deliveries.

• Track international shipments and manage COD supplier payments.

• Process supplier orders, credits, and returns.

• Maintain accurate stock levels, perform adjustments, and transfer stock between stores.

• Load production data and receipts on the Pastel system.

• Keep product and cost masters up to date.

• Prepare weekly stock and sales reports for management.

What Theyre Looking For

• Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy.

• Solid experience in procurement, stock control, or similar role.

• Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance would be an advantage.

• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
