About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Training Centre Manager / General Manager to lead our startup leadership team in Germiston. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive experience in senior leadership roles, and a proven track record of managing technical training delivery and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical training delivery and operations
- Oversee staff management and team leadership
- Ensure quality assurance processes are in place
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive operational performance and budgeting
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and consultants
Requirements
- Red Seal Trade Qualification (Machinist / Toolmaker or related technical trade)
- Minimum 10 years post-trade-test experience
- Proven progression into senior leadership roles
- Experience within a TVET College, OEM Technical Academy, or accredited private training provider
- Strong knowledge of QCTO and/or MERSETA training frameworks and compliance requirements
