Proven experience managing both luxury game lodges and hunting operations . Strong financial management, operational planning, and people leadership experience. Sound understanding of hospitality standards , wildlife management , and guest relations in a luxury safari environment. Skills and Competencies Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
