Job Summary
- Prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and breads from scratch
- Design seasonal and daily dessert menus aligned with the lodge’s gourmet standards
- Ensure immaculate presentation and quality of all pastry items
- Maintain hygiene and HACCP standards in a professional kitchen setting
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required
Requirements:
- Formal culinary or patisserie qualification
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a 5-star lodge, boutique hotel, or fine dining restaurant
- Strong artistic flair, plating skills, and an eye for detail
- Passion for local ingredients, sustainability, and creative innovation
- Willingness to live in a remote location (live-in position with accommodation provided)
