Manage mill/quality/extraction/ conditioning/milling gain/ housekeeping/admin/downtime/ production staff/ communicate settings to Superiors/deep cleaning as per schedule/compliance with policies/SOP/CIP/OPRPs are managed effectively. Part of Food Safety Mngt/ Safety/Quality teams/sampling & testing raw materials as per SOP/ traceability through milling process/ milled to specs/compliance to FSSC 22 000 standards/quality/weight specs/mngt measuring equipment. Ensure mix back stock cntl using FIFO/infestation/quality/ensure products packed out accordingly to packing/flushed as per flushing SOP. Comply to milling divide and set/maintain mill accordingly/plant must be dust/air/spillage/water leakage free/optimum equip efficiency with job card system at all times. Report to Production Mngr.
