Job Description
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- Hospitality qualification advantageous
- 1–2 years’ experience in a hotel or lodge environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Driver’s license an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth running of all departments
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
