Job Summary
Location: Hermanus, Western Cape
Salary: To be discussed
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception duties and administrative support
- Completion and submission of Form 2 and Form 4 documentation
- VAT summaries, reconciliations, and invoicing
- Debtors follow-ups and general client liaison
- Diary management and office coordination
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in office admin or PA roles
- Confidence to follow up on outstanding accounts
- Afrikaans and English fluency will be beneficial
