Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape

What you’ll do:
- Prepare and serve breakfast for guests with care and creativity
- Manage day-to-day guesthouse operations, bookings, and guest relations
- Oversee online booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, and Knightsbridge)
- Handle basic admin and invoicing (Pastel experience is a bonus)
What we’re looking for:
- A self-starter who enjoys building something from the ground up
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of hospitality booking systems
- Comfortable in a guest-facing, multi-tasking role
- Committed, positive, and not afraid of a challenge
