About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin / PA to join our team in Hermanus, Overstrand, Western Cape. As the right candidate, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless administrative support to our Owner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll administration
  • Handle UIF and PAYE processing
  • Submit VAT returns across multiple companies
  • Manage CIPC administration
  • Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing parcels to ensure accuracy and standards are met
  • Prepare professional presentations in PowerPoint and maintain Excel reports
  • Support the Owner with general PA duties

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administration, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
  • Proficiency in SAGE, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills – you’ll be part of a small, close-knit team
  • A mature and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy and quality
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset
