Our client, a well-established and growth-focused retail operation in the agricultural and retail sector, is looking for an experienced candidate with strong decision-making and sound judgement to lead a dynamic branch environment. RETAIL STORE MANAGER Hermanus Requirements: National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field Minimum 5 years experience in retail sales, with a proven track record in a managerial role Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent MS Office proficiency Sound knowledge of retail operating systems and controls Key Duties & Responsibilities Manage overall retail store operations, reporting into the Regional Manager: Operations Drive sales growth by understanding products, customers, and market trends Plan and execute in-store promotions, displays, and customer engagement initiatives Prepare and manage annual budgets, control expenditure, and analyse variances Maximise profitability while achieving sales targets Oversee stock management, including stock controls and reconciliations Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effectively resolve complaints Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Drive digital optimisation and automation of retail and inventory processes Support consumer-facing content initiatives to promote products and brands To apply, send CV with reference MRMH to before 09 February 2026.
