Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Maintain Current Business: Ensure existing client portfolios are managed efficiently and accurately. Client Retention: Implement strategies to retain clients by delivering excellent service and solutions. Quotations: Prepare and manage quotations for new and existing clients. Renewal Processing: Handle policy renewals, ensuring timely updates and client satisfaction. Policy Endorsements: Process amendments to policies as required by clients or insurers. Liaison with Insurers: Communicate and negotiate effectively with various insurance providers to meet client needs. Underwriting: Assess and manage risks effectively, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure minimal exposure for clients and the company. Attributes and Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and insurers. Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in decision-making. Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. High level of professionalism and ethical conduct Qualifications and Experience: Regulatory Examination (RE 5) NQF Level 4 Short-Term Insurance Class of Business: Must have completed both Personal and Commercial Lines training.
