About the Role
We are seeking a driven and professional Franchise Sales & Development Executive to lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new franchise partners for CARtime, a nationally established automotive service and repair franchise brand expanding across South Africa. The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office in Hillcrest and will be required to travel nationally as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert franchise enquiries into signed franchise agreements
- Conduct franchise presentations and discovery meetings
- Evaluate and screen prospective franchise partners
- Coordinate and support site selection and territory planning
- Conduct national site visits as required
- Assist with lease negotiations and landlord engagement
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasting
- Represent CARtime professionally at all times
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ proven sales experience (franchise, property, business development, or similar preferred)
Demonstrated closing ability and strong negotiation skills
Commercially astute with solid financial understanding
Valid driver’s licence
Own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)
Willingness to travel nationally
Based in KwaZulu-Natal and able to work daily from the Hillcrest Head Office
