About the Role

CARtime is a nationally established automotive service and repair franchise brand expanding across South Africa. We are seeking a driven and professional Franchise Sales & Development Executive to lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new franchise partners. This role requires a confident closer with strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage multiple development projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert franchise enquiries into signed franchise agreements
  • Conduct franchise presentations and discovery meetings
  • Evaluate and screen prospective franchise partners
  • Coordinate and support site selection and territory planning
  • Conduct national site visits as required
  • Assist with lease negotiations and landlord engagement
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasting
  • Represent CARtime professionally at all times

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ proven sales experience (franchise, property, business development, or similar preferred)

Demonstrated closing ability and strong negotiation skills

Commercially astute with solid financial understanding

Valid driver’s licence

Own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)

Willingness to travel nationally

Based in KwaZulu-Natal and able to work daily from the Hillcrest Head Office
