Job Description

Hire Resolve is looking to hire a Junior Account Manager to join their client’s Marketing team in KwaZulu-Natal. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Account Management team in servicing and growing a portfolio of clients in the marketing industry. You will assist with client communication, project management, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Assist with managing and maintaining relationships with clients in the marketing industry
Support the Account Management team in executing marketing campaigns and projects
Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
Assist with preparing and presenting client reports and presentations
Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements:

Qualification in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
Prior experience in account management or client servicing
Skills in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media, WordPress, and Mailchimp to analyze data, present results, and inform strategies.
Project and budget management experience
Understanding of how various digital marketing activities connect
