About the Role
Dante Group Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development Assistant to join our team. As a key support member for our retail chain accounts, you will be responsible for managing product development details, coordinating with our China office, and ensuring seamless order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support & maintain allocated retail chain accounts and allocated account executive
- Obtain all relevant product development details, process development datasheet, and pass relevant information to China office
- Price confirmation and relevant communications related thereof
- Manage sampling process up until final sealed sample
- Fit sample Pre-Production Sample (PPS)
- Bulk Pricing Sample (BPS) Process Order Development
- Reports and liaise with sales team to ensure all information provided to place official order
- File management of all developments and orders
- Detailed archiving and tracking of paperwork, including management of samples
Requirements
- Matric 2 years experience in the retail industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional admin skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
