About the Role
Join a Leading Hospitality Team in KwaZulu-Natal as an Assistant Lodge Manager at our prestigious luxury lodge located in the heart of Hluhluwe, KwaZulu-Natal. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to support our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Lodge Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily lodge operations
- Supervise and motivate staff across housekeeping, food and beverage, and front-of-house departments
- Coordinate guest activities and excursions to ensure memorable and personalised experiences for all guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality throughout the property
- Assist in administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and inventory management
- Handle guest relations professionally, respond promptly to queries and requests, and resolve issues efficiently
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to uphold the lodge’s reputation for excellence
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management
- Strong leadership abilities
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
- R12 000 – R15 000 per month (dependent on experience)
- Live-in accommodation provided
- Immediate start, with ASAP availability required
