About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Butler to join our 5-star lodge in Hoedspruit. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests and ensure their stay is nothing short of memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with warm hospitality
- Manage room service and in-room dining
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the lodge
- Assist with special requests and events
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience at a similar level in a 5-star full-service property
- 3 years’ experience in F&B service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
