About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic couple to join our team as Junior Front of House/Reservations Guides at Bright Placements in Hoedspruit. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and prior hospitality or lodge experience, with a passion for guiding and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms
- Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately
- Maintain up-to-date reservation records and guest information
- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures (check-in/check-out)
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
- Provide information on lodge facilities, activities, and services
- Liaise with housekeeping, guiding, and operations teams for smooth guest experiences
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Perform general front desk administrative duties
