- Grade 12
- Relevant university degree (advantageous)
- 5–10 years’ management experience with a proven track record and contactable references
- Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or operations will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with Xero is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking
- Ability to take responsibility and accountability
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Capable of working independently and within a team
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of operational goals across various properties and programmes
- Oversee and manage office operations and administrative functions
- Coordinate logistical planning and ensure efficient workflow processes
- Assist in building and maintaining a capable and reliable team
- Collaborate with management and departments to ensure alignment with organisational objectives
- Maintain accurate records and support financial and operational administration
- Foster and uphold the organisation’s ethos and values in daily operations
Working Conditions
- Based in the Greater Kruger region (approximately 30 min from Hoedspruit)
- Working days are Monday to Friday.
- On-site accommodation is available, depending on individual needs
