Hire Resolve’s Client is currently looking for an experienced HR Officer to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and maintaining the companys time and attendance systems to ensure accurate employee records.
• Oversees the issuing, activation, and control of employee access cards.
• Handles payroll-related administration and supports the payroll process with accurate documentation.
• Supports recruitment and retention activities, including coordinating the hiring process.
• Assists with industrial relations by managing employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with labour legislation.
• Coordinates training and development initiatives to support employee growth and skills development.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• BCom/BSc Degree in HR Management/Industrial Psychology
• 5 years’ experience as an HR Officer/Generalist within the mining industry
• Experience working on HR systems will be advantageous (SAGE, Biometrics etc.)
• Valid Driver’s License
