Luxury Hotel based in Hout Bay is looking for a Butler. The Butler will ensure an exceptional guest experience in all food and beverage services. This role will also work in partnership with the kitchen to oversee and enhance the beverage & dining experience for guests. Duties: Manage overall guest service experience, ensuring that high standards are maintained Provide full-service functionality to guests; ensuring you are present for all mealtimes Be accountable for all service-related stock consumption and stock takes, including service-related items Interact with guests and ensure you collect all personal preferences and relevant information; using this to tailor make their experience. Provide feedback to relevant management on any issues noticed by yourself or the guests Requirements: Grade 12 A formal Butler qualification will be an advantage At least 3 5 years experience in service at a 5* hotel Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Focus on guest experience Barista / mixology experience will be an advantage
