Job Description
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Butler or Guest Liaison in a 5-star hotel, lodge, or private household (essential)
- Impeccable grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Trained in etiquette, protocol, and silver service
- Discreet, reliable, and service-oriented
- Physically fit, able to work long hours, including weekends and evenings
- Driver’s licence and own transport (advantageous)
- Knowledge of Cape Town / Hout Bay attractions and services (preferred)
