About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team in Hout Bay. As a key member of our hospitality establishment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service standards across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and deliver end-to-end guest experiences, maintaining consistently high service standards
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site events and special occasions, managing logistics, timelines, and supplier relationships
  • Curate and manage social media content to reflect the property’s brand, aesthetic, and guest experience in real-time and post-stay
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail in guest presentation, event styling, and overall look and feel of guest-facing areas
  • Lead, train, and supervise guest experience and front-of-house staff, ensuring alignment with service expectations and brand values

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of similar experience at a luxury hospitality establishment
  • Proficient using social media platforms
  • Proven experience in planning and executing events
  • Ability to comfortably manage staff
  • Excellent attention to detail and flair for aesthetics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Service-driven nature and passion for creating memorable guest experiences
