About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Craven Cottage CC in Hout Bay. As the primary point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, handling inquiries, and ensuring special requests are met. If you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience in hospitality, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming environment, handling inquiries, and ensuring special requests are met.
- Oversee daily operations, like room assignments, checking inventory, coordinating and managing bookings and payments.
- Promptly and professionally resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive reviews.
- Manage booking systems, process payments, monitor online travel agency (OTA) platforms, and prepare reports.
- Create social media content, manage online reputation, and drive engagement to enhance the property’s brand image.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- A formal hospitality qualification will be an advantage
- A minimum of 2 – 4 years proven experience in hospitality, customer service, and guest relations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clientele.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations, make decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
