About the Role
Future Careers is a fast-growing South African recruitment agency, with multiple expanding brands under its umbrella. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to support our Managing Director across recruitment operations, daily business functions, and multi-brand social media activities. This role requires someone who is switched on, confident, tech-savvy, and able to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals
- Screen CVs, contact candidates, verify experience, check availability, and gather key information
- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates, clients, and the MD
- Draft professional candidate summaries and motivations
- Conduct reference checks and prepare reports
- Maintain organised recruitment trackers and documentation
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a polished and professional manner
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle fast-moving tasks
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and able to take initiative without constant supervision
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and conducting phone screenings
- Strong admin, scheduling, and coordination skills
Qualifications
- Recruitment or EA experience advantageous but not essential if you have the right mindset
- Must be tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools/systems
- Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism
