About the Role
We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team at Umgeni Park in Durban, where you will support our clients with technical troubleshooting, product advice, and professional client interaction. As a key representative of our brand, you will act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our company’s values with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for clients via phone, email, or on-site visits
- Troubleshoot basic electronic elements and spare parts
- Offer product advice and recommendations to clients
