Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development (Python, JavaScript, or similar languages).
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Knowledge of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Experience with APIs and integration of third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, IoT devices).

Duties and responsibilities:

AI Integration and Development

• Develop and implement AI-based solutions to replace manual processes (e.g., customer support, vendor onboarding, compliance checks).
• Leverage machine learning models to optimize predictive analytics for water usage, connectivity demand, and user behaviour.

Technical Leadership

• Collaborate with the existing CTO and global development teams to ensure seamless integration of AI into the App and related micro-applications.
• Drive innovation in automation, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.

Product Development

• Design, test, and deploy AI algorithms for e-wallet optimization, tokenized asset management, and blockchain-based smart contracts.
• Ensure IoT devices (e.g., smart routers, water tanks) integrate smoothly with AI systems.

Strategic Growth

• Assist in creating an AI roadmap aligned with the company’s growth and scalability goals.
• Continuously identify opportunities to integrate AI in new and existing functionalities.

Compliance and Security

• Implement AI-powered compliance tools for KYC/AML checks and data security.
• Ensure data privacy and ethical AI practices across all solutions.

Team Building

• Build and mentor a future team of AI developers and data scientists as the project scales.

Compensation

Basic Remuneration:

Equity Options:

• Significant equity tied to key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
  • Successful implementation of AI-driven workflows within six months.
  • Demonstrated improvements in operational efficiency using AI.
  • Integration of AI with blockchain, IoT, and e-wallet systems.

KPI-Based Milestones for Equity Allocation:

• Phase 1 (3 Months):
  • Deploy a minimum viable AI chatbot for customer support.
  • Replace manual vendor onboarding processes with AI-driven tools.
• Phase 2 (6 Months):
  • Achieve a 50% reduction in manual intervention through AI across all workflows.
  • Seamlessly integrate AI into the compliance and tokenization processes.
• Phase 3 (12 Months):
  • Drive operational savings through AI automation, achieving a pre-determined ROI threshold.
  • Develop an AI-powered analytics dashboard for user behavior and market insights.
