Job Description
The Sales Coordinator (Export) will support sales operations by ensuring accurate invoicing, efficient order processing, effective coordination of logistics and pre-delivery inspections, and full management of export documentation. The role requires close collaboration with sales, finance, logistics, and stock departments to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service to dealers and international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all invoicing instructions are accurate before management sign-off
- Provide administrative and order processing support to the sales team
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends across regions
- Work closely with Finance on invoicing, credit notes, and reconciliations
- Manage export and cross-trade transactions to African countries, including Incoterms compliance
- Prepare and manage all export documentation
- Coordinate pre-delivery inspections
- Liaise with logistics to ensure on-time delivery of vehicles
- Track back orders for invoicing and delivery
- Compile and distribute export sales reports
- Support the Stock and Delivery departments with administrative and ad hoc duties
- Provide regular, accurate feedback to management
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales Management
- 2–5 years’ experience in sales support, order processing, or administrative coordination
- Experience within the automotive industry (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and data manipulation
- Good understanding of Incoterms
- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
