About the Role

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our company’s Quality Management System, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 standards and global operational benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the quality management system
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards and global operational benchmarks
• Conduct quality audits and process evaluations
• Implement continual improvement initiatives
• Provide training and drive engagement in quality assurance practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related
• Familiarity with the automotive industry, industrial lubricants and coolants, or manufacturing sector is advantageous
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 standards, and compliance procedures
• Experience in quality audits, process evaluation, and continual improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Formal education/certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related

Salary & Benefits

R24,000 – R25,966 per annum, dependent on experience and qualification.
