Brooklyn, Pretoria: JUNIOR LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Minimum Requirements:

-Presentable and professional

-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English a must (Full proficiency in both – Afr & Eng client base)

-LLB Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney a must

-Right of appearance a must

-Minimum 4 years recent post admission experience in General Litigation / Commercial Law a must 

-Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle a must

-Stable employment record and contactable References

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation (General Litigation, Commercial Law etc.)

-General Attorney duties (Court appearances, client liaison etc.)

-Client liaison, drafting of legal documents in Afrikaans and English

Salary: Negotiable depending on post admission experience (Junior Level)
