Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in corporate or B2B managed services and cybersecurity sales, ideally within MSP, MSSP, ICT, cloud, or cybersecurity environments Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, able to explain IT and cybersecurity challenges in business terms Solid understanding of managed IT services, SLAs, endpoint protection, network and cloud security, and compliance Proficient with CRM systems and sales reporting tools for pipeline, forecasting, and performance tracking Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and develop new corporate client opportunities across managed IT services and cybersecurity solutions . Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, IT leaders, security teams, and procurement departments. Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close, with a strong focus on managed services and cybersecurity offerings. Design and present tailored solutions across managed IT services, IT SLAs, endpoint security, network security, cloud security, compliance, and risk-related offerings. Maintain a clean, accurate, and well-managed sales pipeline in line with company standards. Update CRM systems with accurate opportunity data, forecasts, and activity tracking. Conduct structured discovery sessions to understand client business objectives, IT operational challenges , security risks, compliance requirements, and existing technology environments. Own and consistently deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, with a clear expectation to meet and exceed agreed performance benchmarks. Drive sales activity levels required to achieve targets, including prospecting, discovery meetings, proposals, environment assessments, and client research. Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion, cross-sell, and upsell to increase total contract value and recurring managed services and cybersecurity revenue. Develop and execute a structured account acquisition plan, identifying priority industries, target accounts, and key decision-makers, and systematically working those accounts through multi-touch engagement strategies. Defend value and margin by confidently justifying managed services and cybersecurity investments based on operational stability, risk reduction, compliance, and business continuity , rather than discount-led selling.
