Job Description
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans 1st language and English)
- Have strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with digital platforms)
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Be professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have experience in administrative support, reception, or office coordination.
- Experience with debtor administration and account follow-up will be advantageous.
- Hold a valid driver’s license
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Answering and directing telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.
- Providing information and support to clients on digital platform navigation via telephone and email.
- Assisting with general client and stakeholder queries.
- Preparing, organising, capturing, and maintaining information in digital formats and platforms.
- Coordinating office activities and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking meeting rooms and venues as may be required.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, post, and deliveries.
- Maintaining office registers, records, stock levels, and office supplies.
- Providing administrative support across a broad range of organisational activities.
- Assisting with debtor administration and following up on outstanding accounts.
- Liaising with clients regarding invoices and payments on request.
- Maintaining accurate records of debtor communications and payment status.
- Supporting the finance function with administrative tasks and reporting as required.
- Support data capturing on online digital platforms accurately and with attention to detail.
- Developing an understanding the company’s standards and audit methodologies.
- Participating in training and professional development activities on request
