<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>A completed Degree in Operations, Sales and Marketing</li><li>6 Years relevant experience in the property industry</li><li>Previous experience working as a Property Consultant / Portfolio Leasing Coordinator or similar</li><li>Experience managing both commercial and retail properties</li><li>Experience working with MDA property management system</li><li>Strong reporting skills required to present weekly and monthly reports, including reports on Letting Activity, Tenant retention, budgets, and Vacancy Analysis</li><li>Good Communication Skills – both verbal and written</li><li>Ability to speak Xhosa would be an advantage</li><li>Good Literacy and Numeracy Skills</li><li>Strong leadership characteristics</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Building relationships and networking with key property professionals (including but not limited to: Property brokers, Property valuers, Landlords and Tenants)</li><li>Facilitating and negotiating the conclusion of new lease agreements</li><li>Formulating marketing strategies to maximise portfolio occupancy</li><li>Managing the portfolio vacancy in accordance with budget, developing a business plan covering leasing and marketing</li><li>Project Management</li><li>Sound knowledge of HR processes, systems, practises and legislation</li><li>Understand culture of business and manage relationships accordingly</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines</li></ul>
