Potchefstroom: Financial Advisor Assistant for personal and commercial lines

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Advisor Assistant to join our team in Potchefstroom, supporting both personal and commercial lines of business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM systems (MyPractice / MyBase)
  • General administration and compliance
  • Ensure smooth workflow in daily operations
  • Prepare quotations for new and existing clients
  • Issue new policies, renewals, and endorsements
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Record details and information on relevant systems
  • Handle claims

Requirements

  • Matric completed
  • NQF 4 Certificate in Short-Term Insurance
  • 2 years commercial short-term insurance experience
  • Regulatory Exam completed, RE5
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Afrikaans, and one other official South African language
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • DOFA confirmation from FSCA
