Sales Engineer (Engineering)

Our client in the Engineering Industry is looking to hire a Sales Engineer.<br><br>Duties and Responsibilities<br>• Plan, organize and implement an effective sales function to achieve company and personal targets, aligned with company sales policies and strategies<br>• Proactive and consistent targeted sales calls and visits to existing and new customers<br>• Gather information on market sector, including surveys and research<br>• Grow business and market share in product and service<br>• Market intelligence on competition<br>• Develop new markets<br>• Develop strong relationships with clients to discuss their changing needs and assess the quality of our relationship with them<br>• Assist with marketing campaigns<br>• Client needs and wants feedback/survey<br>• Sales support to our distribution partners<br>• Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis<br>• Work with senior management to further develop the Sales function and to establish appropriate KPIs.<br><br>QUALIFICATION<br>• B.Eng. / B.Sc.
