ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Initial focus on OPS & master data Ability to assist with problem identification and solutioning (abap debugging) Work in an agile delivery team with SAP functional and technical consultants Documentation of as-is and to-be business processes Co-ordination with other SAP products / SAP consultants for integration requirements Support of product owners Provide system proposal / system, design specifications to technical team for any customised development objects Preparation of test cases & user manuals Proactive smart system monitoring, maintenance and reporting of system landscapes Planning maintenance tasks and changes in accordance with product requirements 1st and or 2nd level support for system incidents Ensure best practise methodologies utilised during SAP lifecycle Trend analysis Troubleshooting / problem solving Implementation / release of database changes QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: IT degree or diploma or 8 years equivalent experience SAP certification
