Job Summary
Finance Assistant (3 month contract role) available for a property company based in Kidds Beach
Candidates to be available immediately
Key Responsibilities:
- Capturing of cashbooks
- Processing of external and internal load accounts
- General journals
- Processing of debtors invoices
- Processing of creditors invoices
- Maintain the asset register
- Manage the petty cash and bulk fuel card
- Manage and follow up on insurance policies and claims
- Cellphone contracts administration and costing analysis
- Finance filing
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with an accounting diploma / degree
- 3 years experience in an accounting position
- Drivers license (preferable)
- Advanced excel skills
