ABOUT US: Join our unique, all-female Hair Salon specializing in Hair extensions and Hair enhancement. We pride ourselves on offering a tranquil, non-competitive, no-drama environment. Our salon uses top-quality brands and products to ensure the best experience for both our clients and team members. JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a special lady to join our family as a Senior Hairstylist. The ideal candidate will be experienced and confident with the latest styles and techniques , including Balayage and Foilayage . While we provide comprehensive training on our Hair Extension systems, you should already be proficient in Highlights, Blonding, Color, and working with Long Hair . HAVE Hair Qualification 3 – 5 years of working experience in a Hair Salon as a Hairstylist. MUST be experienced in Cutting, Tinting, Blonding, Highlights & Balayage HAIR EXTENSION training will be provided Provide high-quality hairstyling services, including Cutting, Coloring, and Styling. Specialize in advanced techniques such as Balayage, Foilayage, Highlights, and Blonding. Work with Hair Extensions and Hair enhancement services (training provided). ALL OTHER TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED. Maintain a clean and professional work environment. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture. PRODUCT Knowledge: GOLDWELL, KERASILK, KMS, OLAPLEX, MK, LOREAL AGES BETWEEN: 23 – 45 years Positive attitude BASIC SALARY: R15 000 plus COMM REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience as a Senior Hairstylist with a strong portfolio. Expertise in Highlights, Blonding, Color, and Long Hair. Familiarity with Balayage and Foilayage Techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry trends. PERKS: Competitive Basic Salary with attractive Commission structures.
