Responsibilities

• Create 3D models of interior spaces, including residential, commercial, and corporate environments using Lumion or equivalent software.
• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and clients to bring creative design ideas to life.
• Produce accurate 3D visualizations, including textures, lighting, and materials for space planning and aesthetic themes.
• Prepare high-quality 3D renderings and virtual walkthroughs for client presentations and approval.
• Revise models based on client feedback, ensuring final designs meet expectations.
• Work closely with design and project teams to align models with the designers vision and project requirements.
• Adjust designs for feasibility and cost-effectiveness based on team feedback.
• Deliver final renderings for marketing materials such as brochures and social media.
• Stay updated on the latest 3D modeling trends and technology to enhance presentations.
• Ensure timely production of high-quality models, meeting project deadlines.
• Organize and manage project documentation and 3D model files for internal reference.
• Assist in creating visual materials for project showcases, portfolios, and design competitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Modeling, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in 3D modeling and rendering, particularly in the interior design industry.
• Proficiency in Lumion, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or equivalent 3D software is essential.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, spatial planning, and materials.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality renderings and models in a client-facing environment.
• Technical proficiency in 3D modeling software and rendering tools, with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in interior design visualization.
• Strong skills in lighting, texturing, and material rendering to produce realistic 3D models.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, floor plans, and elevations.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with design teams and clients.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
