Job Description:

Responsible for upselling company services and solutions

Ensuring sales targets are met

Building strong client relationships to maintain existing business and acquire new business

Serve as a liaison between the company and their customers

Assist in defining and executing the strategic business development plan

Qualifications and Skills:

Must have a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in related field

Dell Infrastructure partner training

3 – 5 years IT Technical sales experience, with emphasis on ICT infrastructure (Storage, Backup, HCI, Cabling etc.)

5 – 7 years experience Account Management and sales Experience in the public sector within the ICT space

Job Description:

Staying informed about industry trends, government procurement processes, and private sector opportunities.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in both government and private sectors.

Developing and executing account strategies to meet sales targets

Tracking and reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and account growth metrics

Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Driving sales growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years’ IT Technical Sales experience

Must come from an integrator Company

Proven track record of success in managing government and private sector accounts.

Minimum of 6 years Account Management and Sales Experience in the Public Sector within the ICT industry

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure
