Job description:
As a marketing business ourselves, we cant afford to have low quality cold outreach as it could potentially damage our brand.
- Research and build high-quality, targeted prospect lists that align with our ideal customer profile.
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly.ai, and other data platforms to identify potential leads.
- Write compelling, brand-aligned email copy tailored to each audience segment.
- Manage outreach campaigns through tools like HubSpot, Instantly.ai, or similar platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for open rates, response rates, and conversions.
- Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to engage with prospects meaningfully.
- Craft personalized connection requests, messages, and follow-ups.
- Design and implement automated and manual nurture sequences to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Regularly review and refine sequences based on engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with specialists to vet lead quality and relevance before outreach.
- Provide feedback to refine targeting criteria and improve lead generation outcomes over time.
- Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Maintain a continuous improvement approach to all lead generation activities.
- Ensure all communication reflects our brand voice and values.
- Maintain a focus on quality over quantity in lead generation efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ABM, lead generation, or similar roles within a B2B environment.
- Expertise in tools such as HubSpot, Instantly.ai, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Exceptional copywriting skills, with a focus on crafting engaging and professional outreach content.
- Strong understanding of data segmentation and targeting for B2B lead generation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and drive improvements.
- Experience collaborating with teams to ensure lead quality and relevance.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Commitment to delivering high-quality results and building lasting client relationships.
- Experience in paid advertising or digital marketing agencies.
- Familiarity with additional tools and platforms for lead generation and analytics.
- Background in copywriting or sales enablement.
