About the Role
As a Collections Management Trainee with Genpact SA, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in auto finance collections and contribute to the growth of our team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about training and coaching, and who want to make a positive impact on our clients’ experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding and continuous training aligned to regulatory, client, and process requirements
- Provide structured coaching sessions to improve capability, compliance adherence, and quality outcomes
- Teach regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and conduct expectations
- Embed process updates and procedural changes into operational teams
- Ensure all team members are trained and accredited before handling live work
- Maintain accurate training records, accreditation logs, and skills matrices
- Identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted training interventions
- Identify systemic risks, compliance breaches, and performance gaps
- Provide structured feedback based strictly on QA criteria, not operational targets
- Maintain full audit trails and documentation suitable for regulatory review
- Operate impartially and uphold integrity, fairness, and consistency in all evaluations
Requirements
- Strong understanding of QA frameworks and regulatory standards
- Ability to operate independently and maintain objectivity
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience in training, quality assurance, or compliance within a regulated environment
- Minimum qualifications: Higher Certificate / Diploma (or equivalent)
