About the Role
The White Lion, a private members club in Mondeor, is searching for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Budtenders/Baristas to join our team! As a Budtender at The White Lion, you’ll be the welcoming face of our store, connecting with members, sharing your knowledge of our curated cannabis selections or mocktails on offer, and creating an engaging and comfortable experience that reflects the spirit of who we are as a pride.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product recommendations.
- Educate customers about cannabis strains, products, and wellness benefits (training provided if needed).
- Process cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Support daily operations, including restocking and inventory checks.
- Contribute to sales targets and team goals.
Requirements
- Must be 18 to 26 years old.
- Good communication skills, professional, and approachable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically attractive (bonus points if you are outgoing, stylish, and confident with people).
- Experience in retail, sales, Barista or in a customer service role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant (preferred but not essential).

- Market-related salary based on experience ranging from R6,000 to R8,000 per month.
